We maintain a live inventory of your workstations, laptops, and servers: hardware, age, operating system, installed software, and warranty status. When it's time to plan a replacement or answer an insurance questionnaire, the answer already exists.

A lightweight agent goes on every managed workstation and server. It reports health, inventory, and patch status continuously and stays out of the user's way.

A drive throws errors, a service stops, storage crosses a threshold, an update fails. The alert reaches us, not your staff.

Anything automation can't resolve goes to a local engineer who looks at the actual machine, in context, before touching it.

What monitoring doesn't do.
Monitoring doesn't prevent hardware from failing. It gives us warning, most of the time, and warning is what turns a replacement into a scheduled task instead of an outage.
It doesn't catch everything. A power supply can die without notice and a fiber cut doesn't send an alert first. Some failures are instant, and no agent changes that.
It also isn't security on its own. Patching closes known holes, which matters a great deal, but it works alongside endpoint monitoring, email security, tested backups, and multi-factor authentication. Any one of those alone leaves a gap.
