Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of askalltech.com and any related pages, forms, assessments, and online tools we make available (together, the “Site”), operated by AllTech (“AllTech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Site is not a services agreement

The Site describes services we offer. It does not create a client relationship, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide services. Managed IT, cybersecurity, network, cloud, and installation services are governed exclusively by a signed Master Services Agreement, statement of work, quote, or similar written agreement between AllTech and the client. If anything on the Site conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that client.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You agree not to:

• Access or attempt to access any portion of the Site, our systems, or our clients’ systems without authorization, including by scanning, probing, or testing for vulnerabilities.
• Introduce malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the Site’s operation or security controls.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content or contact details, including for training machine learning models, without our written permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party information through our forms, or use them to transmit spam or unsolicited solicitations.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent any technical measure protecting the Site.
• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Authorized security testing of AllTech systems requires our prior written consent and a defined scope. Contact us before conducting any testing.

3. Security gap assessment

Our free security gap assessment is a high-level, self-reported questionnaire. It is provided for general informational purposes only.

• The score reflects only the answers you supply. We do not verify them, and we do not scan, test, or inspect your environment as part of the assessment.
• The assessment is not a penetration test, vulnerability assessment, audit, or certification, and it is not evidence of compliance with CIS, NIST, HIPAA, PCI DSS, CMMC, cyber-insurance requirements, or any other framework or standard.
• A high score does not mean you are secure, and a low score does not mean you have been compromised. Do not rely on the assessment as the sole basis for any security, insurance, procurement, or compliance decision.

4. Informational content

Content on the Site — including service pages, case studies, blog and insights posts, and framework references — is general information, not professional, legal, regulatory, or insurance advice for your specific environment. Case studies describe past engagements and do not guarantee comparable results. Availability, response times, service levels, and pricing are set in a signed agreement, not on the Site.

5. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, layouts, code, methodologies, and the “AllTech Top 10” and related materials — are owned by AllTech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal business evaluation. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification, republication, or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Third-party names and marks appearing on the Site, including Cloudflare, Ubiquiti UniFi, Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Datto, are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance indicates the technologies we work with and does not imply endorsement by those owners except where a partner relationship is expressly stated.

Client logos appear with permission and remain the property of those organizations.

6. Your submissions

You are responsible for anything you send us through the Site. Do not submit confidential information belonging to a third party, credentials, or sensitive personal information through the contact or assessment forms. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without obligation or attribution.

7. Third-party sites and tools

The Site links to properties we do not control, including our remote assistance portal and embedded maps. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and links do not imply endorsement. Access to remote assistance and other support tools is limited to authorized client personnel and is subject to the applicable services agreement and any tooling vendor’s terms.

8. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that content is current or accurate.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, ASSESSMENTS, AND TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLTECH DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT ANY WARRANTY EXPRESSLY GIVEN IN A SIGNED SERVICES AGREEMENT.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALLTECH AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). LIABILITY ARISING FROM SERVICES IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY THE APPLICABLE SIGNED SERVICES AGREEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AllTech and its owners, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Cache County, Utah for any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.

13. General

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and AllTech regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Sections 5, 6, and 9 through 13 survive termination.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance.
